During her tenure, the team became the #1 Keller Williams Global team in units sold. She developed and led the marketing division, producing high-impact luxury listing campaigns and spearheading a high-visibility endorsement with Barbara Corcoran that significantly elevated the team’s national visibility.
The success of Brittany’s marketing strategy not only drove production but also fueled rapid team expansion. Through increased brand exposure and strategic positioning, the team grew from 11 agents to 115 agents. Brittany played an active role in the recruitment process, helping attract and onboard new talent while simultaneously building her own sales business. She later transitioned fully into real estate sales, bringing with her a powerful dual perspective in both marketing leadership and client representation.
